I have 2 accounts with the same name. What do I do?
Okay, so you’ve added all of your accounts to Prism and you’re having trouble distinguishing them from each other. We have a solution – add a nickname! To add a nickname to your account (such as “John’s Checking Account”), locate your account in the Your Payment Accounts menu. From there, select the gear icon and then tap Update Nickname. Add a nickname, save it, and you’re all set! You can also change your nicknames the same way.
