Conn's: I'm Having Trouble!
We've received a lot of feedback from Prism customers about having trouble adding their Conn's billing account in Prism. We've listed some possible solutions that may help below.
Make Sure You've added the correct biller
Conn's actually offers 3 different payment services: the Conn's Credit Account, the Conn's Credit Account | CollectPay, and the Conn's Credit Card. If Prism is repeatedly telling you that your login credentials are incorrect, you may have added the wrong one. Simply do a search in Prism for "Conn's", and add the biller which corresponds to the correct URL you use when accessing your account:
